Kiah Place has 9 two bedroom units. These units are resident funded.

These roomy units are built to a modern, environmental design with wide hallways and a mobility-friendly bathroom. There is a second toilet off the main bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and laundry facilities. They also feature split-system heating and cooling, security doors, smoke detectors and a remote-controlled garage door with internal access from the garage to the house.
